**Non-Returnable Items**: Custom-made or personalized items, used parts, not quality problem parts, or items marked as non-returnable in the product description are not eligible for return.

Return Process

2. **Receive Return Authorization**: We will provide a Return Form and instructions for shipping the item back.
3. **Ship the Item**: Package the item securely and include the Return Form. Ship to: a designated US return center (details provided upon request).
4. **Inspection and Refund**: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

**Defective or Incorrect Items**: If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, SKYWARD will cover the return shipping costs.
**Other Returns**: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
