Orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 7–10 business days in the US. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
How do I know a part fits my cart?
Every part lists the brand, model and gas or electric it fits, plus the OEM numbers it replaces. Still unsure? Send a photo of the old part or your serial plate on WhatsApp to +1 (213) 551-9059 before you order.
What if the part doesn’t fit?
Send it back within 30 days, uninstalled and in its original packaging, for a refund. Return shipping is on you unless the part is defective.
What warranty do parts have?
Every part has a 1-year warranty. If a part is defective, contact us with your order number and a photo. See Returns & warranty for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $149 ship free to the US, Canada and Mexico. Orders under $149 ship for a flat $69.
Do you ship to Canada and Mexico?
Yes. Orders to Canada usually arrive in 9–12 business days and orders to Mexico in 9–14 business days. Shipping costs the same as in the US. Import duties and taxes may apply.
